About Finger Tape & Hand Wraps
Finger tape for BJJ and boxing hand wraps are the two consumables every combat athlete runs out of. This collection has the three you actually use: narrow finger tape for grapplers, self-adhesive athletic wrap for wrists and ankles, and cotton hand wraps for anyone who puts on gloves.
BJJ finger tape. The 8 mm rolls are narrow enough to tape a single joint. The two patterns that work: an X around a sore knuckle, crossing on the back of the finger, or buddy taping two fingers together above and below the joint. Tape before you roll, not after it hurts. A regular grappler goes through a roll every week or two, which is why the packs are priced per roll.
Athletic wrap tape. The colored cohesive tape sticks to itself and not to skin or hair, so it comes off without taking anything with it. Use it for wrists, ankles, a tape-over-tape fix on fingers, or to keep a knee sleeve in place.
Boxing hand wraps. The 180 inch cotton wraps are the standard adult length: enough to go around the wrist several times, through the fingers and over the knuckles under boxing or MMA gloves. Wash them in a mesh bag and air dry; they shrink in a hot dryer. Free US shipping on every order, delivery in 7 to 12 business days, 15-day returns on unused items.
