# Support

We're here to help.

Drillz is the app that connects athletes to train together. If you need a hand, have a question, or want to report a problem, this page tells you how to reach us and how to handle the most common situations.

## Contact us

The fastest way to get help is by email. We aim to reply within a few business days.

## Report a user or content

Every profile, event, drill request, spot and message can be reported from within the app. Open the item, tap the "…" (more) button or press and hold a message, then choose **Report**. Our team reviews reports and removes objectionable content within 24 hours.

## Block a user

To stop someone from contacting you, open their profile or press and hold one of their messages and choose **Block**. A blocked user can no longer message you, join your events or see your content. You can manage or undo blocks anytime in **Settings → Blocked users**.

## Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time from **Settings → Delete my account**. Deletion is permanent and anonymizes your personal data, as described in our [Privacy Policy](https://getdrillz.com/legal/privacy).

## Location and notifications

Location and push notifications are optional. Drillz works without them, and you can turn them on or off at any time in your device settings and in **Settings** inside the app.

## Safety when meeting in person

Drillz can lead to real-world meetings. Favor public, busy places for a first session, tell someone close to you where you're going, and end any meeting if something feels wrong. Report any suspicious behavior so we can act on it.
