Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Your gear ships directly from our production and fulfillment partners. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, then arrive in 7 to 12 business days. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans your package. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after the first scan, this is normal. ### Late or lost packages If your order has not arrived 20 business days after it shipped, email us with your order number. We check with the carrier and, if the package is lost, we ship a replacement or refund you in full. ### Cancellations You can cancel for free until your order ships. Email us as soon as possible: orders are sent to our partners quickly. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under the policy below. ## Returns You have 15 days from delivery to return an item. To be accepted, it must be unworn, unwashed, with its tags on and in its original packaging. ### Items we cannot take back For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned once opened, unless they arrive damaged or defective: - mouthguards; - finger tape, athletic tape and hand wraps. ### How to return an item 1. Email [support@getdrillz.com](mailto:support@getdrillz.com) with your order number, the item and the reason for the return. 2. Within 2 business days, we reply with the return address and instructions. 3. Ship the item with a tracked service and send us the tracking number. Please wait for our instructions before shipping anything back: our return address is not the address your package came from, and packages sent without contacting us first may not be accepted. ### Return shipping costs If you changed your mind or picked the wrong size, return shipping is paid by you. If the mistake is ours (damaged, defective or wrong item), you pay nothing, see below. ## Damaged, defective or wrong item It happens rarely, and it is on us. Email us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We send you a free replacement or refund you in full, your choice. You do not need to send the item back. ## Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To get another size or color, return the item for a refund and place a new order. Every product page has a size chart: if you are between two sizes, go up one. ## Refunds Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping was free, so nothing is deducted.
